We Commenced Trading activities as a "Family Company" during the year 1999 in the name of Pulses Processing Industry (Pvt) Ltd catering to the needs of the domestic market by importing and supplying Grains and Pulses. We specialized in the supply of processed Red Split Lentils (H.S.CODE 0713.40.12) and its Wholesale distribution in the domestic market.

We entered the domestic market of Red Split Lentils in a "Big Way" as the Whole Sale Traders preferred to purchase our "factory fresh" good quality Red Split Lentils (Trophy Brand) The Consumers too had a very higher preference because the size of the lentils seed was much larger, than the Direct Importers Lentils. Our Branded Product "TROPHY" packed in 25kgs P.P Bags reached the NO.1 status in the Whole-Sale market, within a period of 3-4 months. We increased our production capacities according to the availability of whole Red Lentils and also improved the quality standards of the Red Split Lentils by installing 5 most advanced CCD Digital Camera, Colour Sorters in the Factory.

M.I.S POLYSACKS is our own fully automated packing plant that produces poly bags for the packaging of our core products, commencing from January 2010

Sri Lanka is well known country for its rich tea estates in the central regions. Tea stands among the top few exported products from the island. With a keen eye for opportunity and potential, we began our newest venture MISA Tea Plantations, in February 2011 by acquiring a tea estate in Kithulgala. MISA Tea is processed at the factory and auctioned out to brokers for export market.
